dummy gone, but summer's here!

Isn't he cute.... 3 months old now too!

Yep, Brad's dummy is gone. Unfortunately we seem to have lost the day sleep too, but we still have a "rest" and go to bed easily at night time again, so all is good!

Summer is here and Brad has been busy playing outside with water. Yesterday I put food colouring in some containers and that was great fun... Now I just need to convince him not to put the sandpit sand into the paddling pool.

We've also had lots of play dates this week, both people here and out at the park. On monday Brad and his plunket and preschool mate Johan had great fun in the paddling pools at Hagley Park. Then we had lunch with Dylan and his mum. Dylan is about 6 months younger than Brad and thinks he's pretty cool! And Charlie and his mum came to visit today. Brad and Charlie played really well together - just one battle in the sandpit. Brad is a year older than Charlie. Nathan had his playmate Harrison over this week too.
  

Over the weekend we got out the jolly jumper for Nathan. He just took it in his stride, but had big smiles for his big brother... Brad had to have a turn too.

Oh, and I almost have a new mobile phone. It's a bit of a drama... I want to replace my nokia with another nokia, but there are currently (at Noel Leemings) no nokia's with the same specifications as my current phone for the price I bought it. So, they are sending out a voucher so that I can go buy my own phone. I'll most probably get one thats cheaper. I accepted that offer on Friday and as yet my voucher hasn't arrived. Oh yeah, and the screen came back to life on my old phone! But, if I don't replace it now then it will die after the warranty expires.
