Land

We own a piece of land... almost.

4.3ha of pretty flat bare land out in North Canterbury. However, the section has not be subdivided and issued title yet, so there are a few conditions on the sale and purchase agreement, which has been accepted. However, we won't have it unconditionally until title is issued and finance approved etc.

All very exciting but will be a few months until anything happens and then another few years of saving until we can build a house! However, we have bought seeds for trees already.
