Camping was good! the first day was sunny and hot, the second cool and cloudy, the third windy and cold, with rain overnight - it felt like winter camping!
Here's the boys enjoying the sun and food:
(Oh yeah, Nathan started on solids a week or so before he was 5 months old and now has them 3 times a day - he's a hungry wee man.)
Brad (and a proud Dad) had great fun climbing the rocks while Nathan just chilled out in the backpack:
We also took Brad's new balance bike, so he had plenty of practice on that.
On Sunday we'd had enough of the not so summery weather and headed to Timaru to see the cousins - and they'd prepared a roast for us! Not that they knew that we were arriving that day as we'd planned to meet them in Geraldine on the Monday. The boys all had fun with the biggest two little boys hooning up and down the drive on their bikes while the biggest two boys (aka the dads) lend against the cars and talked of manly things.
All in all a choice Easter Holiday.
